Tanya Gollott Swoope
Tanya Gollott Swoope began her career in the real estate industry in 1992 when she worked with Barbara DeLano Real Estate as a sales associate. After several years of success, she began Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 1996 covering the Mississippi Gulf Coast for real estate sales, sales of historical properties, investment properties, commercial sales, land sales and industrial sales. Tanya’s commitment to the real estate industry is evident in the way she continually promotes the real estate industry through her own business and through all of the many community organizations in which she has been involved in.
After beginning Gollott Lyons, Tanya became a repeat recipient of high sales volume and multi-million dollar producer awards. In 1998, she was given Lifetime Member status for the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award and continues to amass high-marking awards and accolades every year.
Lydia Seymour Pickard
Lydia Seymour Pickard is a well-established multi-million dollar producer who joined Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 1998. In addition to listing and selling residential properties, Lydia is also responsible for listing and selling land, investment properties, and commercial properties. Rising quickly in the real estate industry, she received several awards and accolades for high sales.
Lydia’s background includes bookkeeping, a career in which she managed while raising four children and wearing many hats, including homeroom mom, field trip driver and supervisor, bingo caller, bazaar worker, Brownie leader, CCD teacher, and also on many church committees.
Sarah Pitalo Rider
Sarah Pitalo Rider joined Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 1998 to handle listing and selling of residential properties, as well as property management for the group.
As a top-performing real estate agent, Sarah’s single desire is to help families find a house that can become a home. She tries to ensure that her clients are guided to the home of dreams and strives to follow the Gollott Lyons motto, “Investment in Integrity.” Buying or selling a home is not an easy task and Sarah tries her best to make the experience a great one. Because of her efforts, she is a 16-year member of the Million Dollar Club and a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Roundtable.
We welcome Burton Swoope to our team of fantastic Realtors! Burton joined Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 2016. Burton was in the Ready Mix Concrete Industry most of his adult life. In his
Burton has a degree from Mississippi State University in Business Administration with an interest in agriculture. As a hobby, he owns a farm which houses a wide variety of animals.
As one of the newest members of the team, Burton is looking forward to helping friends both old and new with buying or selling their real estate. Tanya Swoope is Burton’s wife and together they have four grown children and are the proud grandparents of six grandchildren.
Welcome one of our newest Realtors, Sheri! Sheri Munter joined Gollott Lyons Real Estate in 2016. After living in many parts of the country, she settled down in Biloxi to make her home. She worked as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker, HPW in Raleigh, North Carolina, and also spent eighteen years in investment banking at BancorpSouth. Sheri has also been a Museum Manager for the City of Biloxi and is very active in numerous community organizations.
As a Gollott Lyons Real Estate agent, Sheri is committed to matching the perfect home to each buyer and to make the transition flow as smoothly as possible. She is dedicated to assisting her clients in every step of the buying and selling process to ensure a successful experience.
Tanya’s son, Patrick Lyons. Patrick was born and raised in Biloxi. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, he began his career in banking. He knows the ins and outs of the loan process and can guide buyers smoothly through the property selection, loan approval, and purchasing sides of the transaction. Patrick is a graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast and is active with the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce, having served in the past as it’s only two-term president. He has attained multi-million dollar status in both residential and commercial sales since joining Gollott Lyons Real Estate.
Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Thomas graduated from Mississippi State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, and in 2007, went on to earn a master’s degree in sports administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
His lifelong passion for sports has no doubt fueled his education, career, and lifestyle to date. But growing up, Thomas also had the opportunity to closely observe his mom, Tanya, and her fellow agents, which sparked his increasing interest in real estate.
In 2013, Thomas obtained his real estate license and began working for Gollott Lyons as a part-time agent while also coaching football and teaching at St. Martin High School in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
After 12 years in the education system, Thomas now joins his mom, brother Patrick, and step-father Burton in the family real estate business full-time.
Through his school and community experiences over the years, and after contracting the construction of his home in 2015, Thomas knows first-hand what it takes to help buyers, sellers, and builders alike.
Thomas and his wife Claire live in D’Iberville with their French Bulldog/Boston Terrier mix puppy, Betty. In his spare time, Thomas loves to travel, hunt, fish, play golf, and visit Starkville often for all things Mississippi State.
He also enjoys researching property listings daily to stay on top of the ever-changing local, regional, and national real estate markets.
Thomas’s deep gulf coast roots, as well as his passion for people and homes, make him the ideal fit for any client.
